I saws a documentary on this topic many years ago where one of the people being interviewed put it best. He talked about how The Enlightenment and the Reformation worked almost in harmony to create the conflict between science and religion. Galileo pointed his telescope into the heavens and science moved from studying the small to studying the large. The Reformation moved the spiritual telescope away from the heavens and religion started focusing on the small rather than the large, (i.e., our personal relationship with God). But here's the thing, I have watched quite a few videos in this series. I find them quite interesting and thought provoking, but he keeps saying the same thing, "I want to believe in God." At some point, I have to wonder if he really does. Jesus said to Thomas: "Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen yet believe." Faith requires faith I suppose. I get the sense this guy is more interested in chasing the truth than he is in catching it. I like his videos though because they do force me to think. Good stuff.
I suspect a real scientist would say that the question is a moral one and could not be addressed via science. Science can only deal with what is. Morality deals with the way things should be. Calling something evil is a statement that something is not the way it should be.
@@archangeldad2007 Being a scientist doesn't absolve one of moral responsibility: we'd likely agree that a real scientist would probably continue, "but as a human Being, ...".

@@yourkingdomcomeyourwillbedone Some people claim truth, but don't actually have it. Some people use the terms, proof and truth, but can demonstrate neither one. They simply misuse the words. I think we have to consider truth as something that is visible, repeatable, testable, verifiable etc. But I do realize there is gray area because we don't know everything. Beyond that we have theories.
If your going to discuss the validity of fairy tales and myths that have no basis in fact or any substantial evidence what so ever, you will never leave the church parking lot. That is the logic. Waste your life away discussing nonsense when you could be applieing science and actually be discerning fact from fiction. The only answer to the God question is " I don't know." Because nobody does.
There is nothing wrong with good science...It becomes problematic when scientists want their preconceived ideas to be proven true at all cost, and often by ignoring evidence against their beliefs...

The modern view of science and religion is historically distorted. Religion and religious answers dominated ancient society. The same human questions of emotional curiosity about human existence, cosmic existence etc drove religious thinkers and later scientific thinkers.
Robert Kuhns initial statement that as science advances its grabs more away from the religous domains is patently false; in fact as science has advanced it has discovered more and more its limited knowledge or how limited science is (we see (know) we only know 5% universe contents) and 95% now appears unknown. Leaving more truths for religion to fill in by default. Maybe the subject matter of the subject called matter and energy is in unknown information. Or. Maybe as David Bohm said matter is empty and space is full, is more truthful, as I think. Maybe, Robert Kuhn could believe in God by "accepting" that there is at least One Thing ,(the Foundation), that exists beyond all illusions?? Only he can say.
I believe there are fairies living in the tree at the bottom of my garden. Scientists might argue that there is a tree, but no evidence for fairies. Maybe we are both right, in some obscure way.
Who is closer to truth: Science: everything has a cause. Religion: there had to be an un-causal cause otherwise there would be no real science other then infinite regress...
@@ferdinandkraft857 The very principals of logic and reason are based on cause-and-effect. This is from the materialist/mechanistic worldview that scientists hold. Have you ever heard the expression “Correlation does not equal causation”? Science is primarily concerned with finding the patterns and relationships between casual phenomena.
@@kpllc4209 Can you give me an example how science confirmed the theory of abiogenesis by experiments? Surely, if life created itself, intelligent scientists must have experimentally confirmed this as they must be much smarter than sheer dumb luck, right?
Science is based on the philosophical worldview of *materialism* Religion is based on the belief in an *immaterial* God They are fundamentally opposed.
Expect religion sure spends a lot of time telling us what we should do. The only reason your statement is close to being true is that religion has ceded so much ground to science that it has to create new arguments for its relevance. Also the religion you and this video refer to is a whole lot different than most people on this earth profess to believe.
Robert, I love your distrust of peak experiences. I have had two experiences I'd describe as ecstatic unity spiritual experiences and they really got me wondering, especially when I had a period of unusual clarity for days afterwards. It felt like unconditional love, but from whom or what? Ultimately, I don't know if they were just dopamine spikes, triggered by a strong sense of wellbeing (which preceded each experience). Yet I am loathe to try to induce those experiences, to sanctify or to commodify them in case I fool myself. They were incredible and, yes, the second one was a tad scary in some ways, but I don't want to jump to conclusions, to fool myself. It's true that no words can describe such experiences, but that is hardly the fault of science. There are plenty of other experiences that are impossible to quite capture in words too, hence the Mary's Room thought experiment.
Science and religion are separate worlds that can work together where there is common ground. May need dialogue to find common ground. Does not appear to be need for conflict, could happen in the natural course of things. Would be good if at least a tiny part could be integrated, may take awhile if ever and cant be forced or hurried.
At least since Aquinas Catholisism fully integrated science. Alas most laymen don't know about the dogma addressing the relation of scripture and science as Thomas introduced it. I'm afraid most christian denominations that separated from the catholic church don't know about this dogma either.
From the point of view of Evolution they do. Darwin proposed natural selection guided or caused by the genetic mechanism. Although he couldn't refute artificial selection: human interference in genetic manipulation - breeding of wolves into dogs; he refuted intellectual causation or evolution by intellect or intention as espoused by Lamarck. But isn't technology forcing us to confront Lamarck? Isnt science a form of intellectual evolution that is in direct competition with genetic evolution? A battle of causations? Or perhaps a battle of causation versus creation?
The mysteries that science has its hands on are still mysteries. Its solutions are mere techniques. Techniques that have at their heart causation. Causation backed by heuristic theories. Causation is not Creation however. Heuristic theories are not dogma, which is an improvement. Concensus in science, however, is just as invalid as dogma in religion. That is, current understanding is not complete understanding. What we know or practice today is necessary to our endeavors but they are not sufficient to the scope of our endeavors. To cross a river we can jump, swim, build a bridge, fly, tunnel. Each one is successful but is one necessary AND sufficient. How to judge? What standard suffices for which meaning or intention; definition or desire? The war with science and religion may be lost at the start. Causation cannot cancel creation, description cannot make explanation extraneous. Is there a meaning that is equivalent to an intention? If there is that would be a good place to start. If there is a gap you can start there as well but the meaning would have more than one intention; or the intention can have more than one meaning.

For thousands of years, humans functioned in kind of a harmonious “paradigm bubble” in which science and spirituality were not at odds with each other (at least not to the degree we are presently witnessing). However, because the mythological nonsense of the old religions has been left floundering in the wake of the modern discoveries in the sciences, the *tentative* harmony that once existed between science and spirituality has been severely thrown out of whack. I have often portrayed the ascension of modern science (i.e., quantum physics, astrophysics, biology, etc.) in the metaphorical terms of being like a frantically flapping butterfly wing that is in desperate need of the symmetry of its other wing (spirituality) which is still stuck in the chrysalis of archaic beliefs. In other words, we need a new spiritual “mythology” that can exist in harmony with our advanced understanding of the universe. Now I’m pretty sure I know what the atheists and materialists are probably thinking... ...They are thinking: why replace the old mythology? Why not just be done with any form of religious and supernatural thought altogether? Well, firstly, such a tunnel-vision perspective of the universe suggests that they are sleep-walking through life, and that the “illusion” of objective reality has them completely under its thrall. And secondly, for anyone to expect billions of humans to summarily relinquish the “hope” that there may be more to life than the few fleeting moments we spend on earth, is absurd and will *never* be acceptable to the vast majority of humans on earth. Make Religion Great Again! NOT! If you just dedicate your time to studying how everything around you works, you won't have any time left for useless Religion, and you won't have any time to worry about it, or waste your life arguing stupid dogmas, or waste you life and energy, looking for justification for hating/punishing someone for the way they were born.
Problem with religion, people can and do make up what ever they want to, even to the point they have opposing doctrines, even within the same religion.
@ Uhm, no. A scientist eventually has to demonstrate that his hypothesis is accurate in order for it to be accepted. In religion, you can literally create any ideology you want, and if you can get enough followers to accept it, turn it into a recognized religion. And there is no requirement that the underlying ideologies are demonstrable.
@@alekm4185 There may be some folk out there investigating these ideas along with string theory, they have not been proven. Though I wouldn’t be surprised if there are people that want to believe it has been proven. Even Big Bang cosmology, though well supported and accepted, has been not been definitively established.
Only hate would insist that a lie is history: religion has always been at war with truth. Truth brings war not because of the people who love the truth but, because of the people who hate it.
It seems Islam has least been referenced with science compared to Christianity and other major religions when tried to glue in tracking to find the ultimate truth. Perhaps what I say, should facilitate in mitigating the gap.
"Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.' - James 1:27. If that is what religion is, then how can science be against it in any way? Religion should then retreat to claims associated with that definition, and it has and will continue to do so. After which it seems the only war that should remain will be where science ventures into those boundaries established by this definition. What does science have to say about the defiling nature of "the world", or the concomitant need for a savior to aid in being "unspotted" (which has implications for space-time). There are clearly some overlaps in intellectual pursuits where neither religion nor science over reach and they both exist in the same space... this is where the war belongs and both have a rightful place. Those places are in the great unknowns. Free will. Consciousness. Conscience. The mathematical improbability of our existence (sans some theoretical multiverse acrobatics). Perhaps even the quantum realm, if for no other reason than this: in these great unknowns religion claims to have answers where science does not and where science has no evidence against the religious claims. And yet religion, at least my religion welcomes science there. Why can't science be equally accommodating?
@@kpllc4209 True, but people want answers from religion where science doesn't have answers. Science and religion both have a proper place, and there is some overlap, but for the most part I don't see why they have to be in competition if neither oversteps; religion comparing spiritual with spiritual, and science comparing temporal with temporal.
@@davidaustin6962 I see no war personally but there are fundamentalists on each side that stir the pot. People who believe that their book or latest theory is infallible. If that is the case than there will be problems, not if you stay in your own lane but they never do. Science can not give the answers that religious people want and visa versa.
Science may actually describe some laws from fairly high Gods, the physical laws? But they are the framework which life in the physical realm exists within. In other realms which has an intersection with the physical laws other laws may exist. Laws that are not just a formula but life being free to do what it wants within some limits, but which consequences of course?
No, the burden of proof certainly resiseds on the Naturalists and their claim that Nuralism is knowledge which they claim it is, not, saying it "studying" which it isn't
Both labels are an attempt to answer the most pressing and fundamental questions, albeit from opposite ends. Both labels run the risk of presenting an exclusively human-centric worldview by dissecting what is otherwise an infinite continuum (consciousness/energy field) into narrow slices, zooming in on those slices, and proclaiming that that slice is the only reality relevant or worth exploring. Both approaches have their strengths and limitations. I think the inclusion of the word "God" into the lexicon is defeatist and dissuades the younger generation from exploring spiritual notions, as that word conjures up an image of an exclusively humanoid entity, typically male, and having an affinity for some planet, species, gender, geographical region, race of people, language, culture, etc. Instead it might be more productive for spiritual notions to be framed in scientific terms, as E = M (divine energy manifesting as all that is), an underlying homogeneous consciousness/energy field manifested as the heterogeneous/diverse cosmos that is observed. Like the number 0 remaining in a non-judgmental equilibrium state by manifesting as infinity (experiencing existence from all vantage points; as both the victor and the vanquished, as both the hunter and the hunted). "Yahweh/Jehovah" is not a proper noun but rather a description of a state (I am, that which is), similar to the Sanskrit "Tat Tvam Asi" (Thou art that).
Does science deserve the place it claims it does? Has science created life? Has science even recreated life? If intelligent science re-creates life, will this be proof that random processes, sheer dumb luck created life? Or rather that abiogenesis required intelligence? When, or if, science proves the fundamentals of life have been solved, we can talk...until then... science can do the hand-waving...

Therefore I am come down to destroy all these detestable things! Therefore I am come to wipe them from the face of the earth! For the multitude of all these idols must I destroy the kingdoms of men! O foolish and captive children, I am The Only God, your Creator, your Fashioner, The Maker of all things, The God who formed you by His own hands... I gave you breath!... And still you bring unwarranted charges against Me and think My ways unfair! Shall you continue to persecute those sent to you, provoking Me to anger?! I tire of all your accusations, your unending presumptuous ways weary Me! I can no longer bear to look upon all your lies and falsehoods! For your heresies have grown unimpeded, filling your unjust courts, which I hate!... O abominable vine, how long shall you grow contrary to the Way I have established?! How long shall you oppose My Word and pollute My name, by upholding your own way?! I AM THE LORD! My children, the judgment of your hearts is unjust and very foolish, for you have sought to draw charges against The Great I AM! Thus these courts in which you seek to weigh Me are unfair, and shall be your undoing! For your weights are deceitful, and your arrogant hearts corrupt! Shall you attempt to persecute The Lord your God?! Oh yes, you have persecuted Me days without end! For you have loathed My messengers and spit upon My servants! You have slandered My bride and lifted up your heel against My elect! Shall I not then bring charges against YOU, even against you, O churches of men?! Shall I not judge your courts, and recompense your deeds upon your own heads?! Shall I not correct My people, and bring upon them swift discipline?! Hi, all of you,Mr Lawrence, good Day.
Good stuff.
God's ways are not our ways and God's thoughts are not our thoughts
I wonder what happens when you ask a Scientist if evil exists in the world? Is there any "real" evidence that it does? Can you prove it?
I suspect a real scientist would say that the question is a moral one and could not be addressed via science.
Science can only deal with what is. Morality deals with the way things should be. Calling something evil is a statement that something is not the way it should be.
From the scientific viewpoint, morality and philosophical ideas aren't valid.
Asking a scientist, the answer would be "yes". Asking Sience, one gets a silent stare.

The modern view of science and religion is historically distorted. Religion and religious answers dominated ancient society. The same human questions of emotional curiosity about human existence, cosmic existence etc drove religious thinkers and later scientific thinkers.
Of course they are? Religion is the first attempt to save knowledge, science is the latter attempt that saved the more correct knowledge.
Not even close

God and science work very well. Sincères amitiés Philippe Martin 😎

Science only goes so far then comes God.
Imagining a god is a legitimate hypothesis to have but we really should get rid of religion. Religions hurt us more than they do us good.

And secondly, for anyone to expect billions of humans to summarily relinquish the “hope” that there may be more to life than the few fleeting moments we spend on earth, is absurd and will *never* be acceptable to the vast majority of humans on earth.
Hence, we need a “new paradigm bubble” in which science and spirituality can once again function in a tentative state of peace and harmony.

Problem with religion, people can and do make up what ever they want to, even to the point they have opposing doctrines, even within the same religion.
Same with science isn't it?
@darkeyeze Tell that to the multiverse theory or the many worlds interpretation
@@alekm4185 There may be some folk out there investigating these ideas along with string theory, they have not been proven. Though I wouldn’t be surprised if there are people that want to believe it has been proven.

Because religion is not based on logic and reason , it is based on feelings and emotions.
Logic and reason are also part of consciousness, emotion and feelings are not exclusive. consciousness is a sum of the collective. Being aware.
That is not what draws people to religion, people want answers to questions.
@@kpllc4209 True, but people want answers from religion where science doesn't have answers. No, the burden of proof certainly resiseds on the Naturalists and their claim that Nuralism is knowledge which they claim it is, not, saying it "studying" which it isn't
Science is man's limited knowledge of an infinite God.

Why we're running in a circle. Let's get straight to the core problem. Does Science can answer God question or not? What's beyond atom ⚛. Is new particle define God in some time? I think we're in a real trouble to understand Nothing.
I am at war with the USA and I'm winning. Yes, I'm that good💪
@Andreaz-64 they're in denial ;)
I do not understand why my Nitty-Getty keep washing away from any futuristic remembrance. No matter how minuscule are they in influencing and impacting my behavior in cognitive though much untraceable with causations percolating on whatever minutest patterns. What is that emergence of sparks lineation connection things as reference integrating in that typical and unique instant behavior? Perhaps that defines the nature of behavior. But they unknowns seems controlling my actions, reactions and interactions out-bursting through regressive line of stocked pattern, embedded gluing through random encountered experiences, felt under varying situations conditions and circumstances. What is that behavioral mechanics? Is this some kind of fine tuning in an effort of filling gap between the disintegrated worlds of physicality and spirituality, characteristics communique at un-deterministic levels or level? Believe me, I am falling short of words, to reflect upon matching my exact feels, that furthering me to create my own persona equating coining with some new words that should coagulate the exactness of my felt realized ought to be same as reflecting my feels
Lol. Science is looking for answers. Religion says, "No you don't". That's hardly a war. It's more like a little kid throwing sticks at the back of your head. (Ya, this is oversimplified and I realize there are many thousands of religious doctrines and not all of them against scientific discovery)
What is science looking for the answer for?
I always find it humorous when people have science v Religion arguments for the mere fact that the is no such tussle in reality. People make it seem as though religion is this one thing making a single claim and on the other side science is making a single claim. There is usually no concensus in both fields and if this is true, then how can this fight even exist
How do you reconcile Evolution and (Christian) Religion??
According to biology;
“Scarcity” exists!
Competition (for Resource) causes the “inferior” to die out...
...therefore we should let the poor die......because earth is overpopulated and not sustainable....
According to Christianity:
Everyone is special... they contain a divine spark...
...Resource is infinite...Procreate!
How do you reconcile these two world views?
@@oskarngo9138 what do you mean how do reconcile evolution and Christianity? I'm not a believer in the evolution theory
@@analyticeschatology4143
The pope, Catholic Church have accepted evolution.....
Let’s hear your single Best Argument again macro evolution!
@@oskarngo9138 well science itself does not say that evolution is true, a scientific theory does. On the other hand religion itself does not say that God Created the world , religious worldviews do. Not every religious view posits a God. Even among those religious worldviews that postulate God , there are always variances in the creation accounts that they give. Science v religion is nothing but a superficial debate that keeps people blinded to where the real battles are and that is between scientific theories and religious worldviews. Not between science and religion for they don't say anything in and of themselves.

Wrong!
1. (Biological) Science Clearly States humans Evolved from other Apes....

2. In the Abrahamic Religions .... In Genesis, It is Written:

Good morning! 💖✌️💡🌞⭐🇵🇭🌏
"Thus says The Lord God: Peoples of the earth, your atrocities have kindled a great fire within Me! I am enraged as I look upon all these murdered innocent! My fury has come up into My face as I look upon all your false gods, O adulterous and perverse generation!
Lo, multitudes of idols fill every corner! Both the believer and unbeliever bow down together and serve their gods! ALL nations worship the works of their own hands, for they have placed their own creations and the love of their own ideas above their Creator! False deities abound, while science and corrupt religion rule over them! Mere theories become truth and doctrine, and lawlessness is widely accepted! And behold, the love of money has become their new taskmaster, and materialism their god!
Sins of every kind imaginable flow through every land!
Yea, as a mighty river it flows into every nation,
Reaching unto new heights in wickedness as the walls
Are broken down, overtopped by these quickly rising waters!
The levees are eroded from beneath, they are
Undermined continually, widening the breach!...
Behold, a great flood of sin has ensued,
A terrible deluge covers the face of the whole earth,
And still the fear of The Lord is all but forgotten!...
THUS THE CUP OF THE WRATH
OF MY FURY IS COME TO THE FULL!
Behold, My Kingdom comes, and My will shall be done on earth as in Heaven. Even as I had purposed it from the beginning, so shall it be done to this generation. For My throne is set high above the highest heavens, and the earth is but a footstool set beneath My feet. FOR I AM THE LORD! YAHUWAH IS MY NAME!
Therefore, let the enemies of The Lord be gathered! Let them be gathered together in one place for judgment! Let the hills melt in the heat of My wrath, and the mountains crumble under the weight of My fury!... LET THE WHOLE EARTH BE BOWED DOWN! - Until everything high and lofty is brought down, and every stronghold of man is broken and collapses with a great crash! Until every nation is plowed like a field and every city is left in ruinous heaps! Says The Lord.
Thus says The Lord: Cut down the trees and lay the forest bare! Let neither stump nor root be left in it! Break off the branches and destroy every vine! For the vine of man is wickedness, and the stronghold of man a dwelling place of evil. Behold, the pillar of man is a tree of abomination! His every branch bears only diseased fruit, infecting the masses! For his roots plunge ever deeper into darkness, that he might secure his place and gain strength in his rebellion against The Lord!
Therefore, I must remove My sheep and gather up every lamb, and destroy all these kingdoms of men!... NO MORE shall My sheep be hurt by all these briers and thorns! NO MORE shall they become entangled! NO MORE shall My lambs be given up to the slaughter, O most wicked generation! NO MORE shall My beloved be made subject to you! For I must call My children home, that they may be with Me where I am.
Yet many refuse My voice, and will not listen to the sound of this Trumpet. For they plug their ears and hide their faces; they ignore My call and loathe My messengers! - Obstinate children who endeavor to grab hold of My robes with one hand, while pushing Me away with the other!
For I reach down to them, with both hands I bend down to embrace them, yet they want no part with Me as I truly am! Behold, I have offered them bread from My own table, manna from Heaven has been sent down to them, and how do they repay Me?! - WITH EVIL! Stomping upon My bread, refusing all manna provided them!
Yea, they loathe My correction and break My Commandments, DOING SO IN THE NAME OF THE HOLY ONE! Yes, in MY OWN NAME they do these things! By permission they claim they are free to do all these things! By permission, UNDER GRACE, they excuse themselves, that they might do all this evil in My name!... LAWLESS PEOPLE, PERVERSE AND DEGENERATE GENERATION! Your so-called faith is a loathsome sore upon the skin, a canker upon the lips of all who sing Me praises in your courts! Thus I declare to you, I NEVER KNEW YOU! Depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness! Says The Lord.
Thus says The Lord: Shall you provoke Me to anger?! Shall you forsake The Moral Law, in the name of grace and Him crucified, that you might provoke Me to anger?! I tell you the truth, you know nothing of grace, and the true nature of The Holy One is hidden from your eyes! For your knowledge is useless! Your learned leaders desecrate My name and pollute the minds of My people everyday!
And when they heard of My anger, they did not repent, neither were they ashamed, nor did they know how to blush! And when I commanded this Trumpet be blown, did they perk up their ears to listen?! Did they come close to know the heart of the matter?! NO! Instead they mocked and refused to give heed, turning their backs on The Holy One of Israel!
Therefore, thus declares The Lord to this
Most foolish and perverse generation:
YOU SHALL NOT BE LIFTED UP,
NOR SHALL YOU ESCAPE
THE DAY OF THE LORD!...
DEATH SHALL BE YOUR ONLY RELIEF,
AND MARTYRDOM YOUR ONLY ESCAPE!...
Says The Lord God.
Thus says The Lord to all these blind and deaf children, to all these desolate people: How is it you refuse My voice and question My ways without ceasing, and have yet to consider your own? Test your hearts! Look upon your motives!
Shall you question My ways, though you yet stand in judgment for your own actions, which were brought forth from your own deceitful hearts?! I tell you the truth, the lies thereof have led you astray, and the tablets thereof lack justice!
For My cause is not pleaded before the people, and the jury of your peers upholds every evil platform. Therefore their cause shall crush them, and their controversy shall consume them in the Day of Judgment! Says The Lord.
Behold, the cause of The Lord is forgotten among you, and the controversy of The Lord is held in secret, My every decree forsaken! Yet the cause of The Lord shall be fulfilled in His messengers, and the controversy of The Lord shall be trumpeted from the rooftops, and the sins of this people shall be exposed! For they have altogether hated Me!
For every man is led by the deceits of his flesh,
He is married to the selfish desires of his own heart,
As he casts off the written Law of God to his own hurt...
Behold, My Commandments are regarded
As foreign and out of date, and My Law
Antiquated and obsolete, in the eyes of this
So-called modern generation of enlightened people...
Yet I tell you, you are all perverse in My sight,
A whole generation of arrogant
And high-minded people!...
Says The Lord.
Thus says The Lord: And what of you, O churches of men? What has happened to you?! WHY HAVE YOU ALSO FORSAKEN ME?! How is it you have altogether become like the heathen, with the vanity of the world gleaming in your eyes, with the lusts thereof filling your hearts and minds?! I DO NOT KNOW YOU! Your self-created god is an abomination to Me, and this “Jesus” you speak of is foreign to Me, a great desecration of My image, an affront to My name and My glory!
My people, look! Look at all these material things you have acquired! Look upon all these idols you serve! You are surrounded on every side, you are boxed in with no escape!...
Shall I not rain down judgment and pour out justice upon this wicked generation?!... Lo, the decree has went forth, the sentence has been declared, and behold, I shall institute the punishment without delay! For you have all dealt unjustly with Me! Says The Lord God."

Scientific and religious claims are not in conflict, just different ways of describing the same phenomenon.
That's the best cop out I've seen this week.
The key is good science and good religious claims; science needs evidence but religion needs logic... Sadly, both often lack those...
"There are some claims of science that everyone would subscribe to" - I wonder what claims he is referring to. I propose they would have to be pretty vague claims. In which case there are some equally pretty vague claims of religion that an equal body of people would subscribe to.
I think we can all agree electromagnetism has proven a good theory it powers the entire world with plenty of evidence. Few can agree on any religious concepts but God seems to be a more universal one is there any evidence or testable theories concerning God?
Hi, never I say religion is no good, I say it got real life treating for pope François, first I say that because I feel if I Do this it probably be ok on the long run because the second it's About true. A lot of desperate pleading in this episode and it seems that "theologians" are usually deeply parochial!
