he was not biased at all. most of the calls were fine. yes at some points he made some mistakes, but thats every ref. slow down the video at the parts where the dumbass parents were crying about the ref. 90% of the time it wasn't a foul. In fairness, the ref was poor. Clearly there was a royal player down injured with what looked like a head injury. He has to protect this player first. It 200% impacted I what happened next.
Actually as a ref obviously the main focus is to keep the players safe. so in any other instance he would have called for the game to be stopped immediately because of the head injury. Although because of how close the ball was to the goal and they goal scoring opportunity he isn't able to stop the game in an instance like that. thats why right after he went over and dealt with the injury. I have my ref license sowhen you go through certification you have to go over all kinds of rules like that.

A potential concussion that isn’t dealt with promptly can cause the player to lose consciousness, when this occurs they are at higher risk of suffering from vertigo, memory loss, and post-concussion syndrome. In worst case scenarios they can even cause internal bleeding of the brain and eventual death. As a goal keeper, I’ve had it before where the ball has hit my face and caused me to bleed many times, not once did the refs hesitate to stop the game and check on me in goal scoring opportunities, so either all of them don’t know how to do their job or you are simply incorrect.
I don’t even play soccer and I know better than the refs. I understand that everybody has bad days, the players, coaches, parents, so the refs are no exclusion, but this was just bad
