It's an amazing model. I've downloaded it and am trying to find something to put it in. I don't see why you got complaints.
Mangle the Mangled Fox™ people complained about all sorts of things in the design, not even in the functionality. people would complain about the model being "too girly" because he has eyelashes, people complained about how he looked like he has lipstick bc his lips are actually visible, hell, one person complained about how he had no feet

hmmm..... AND HERE ARE 5 FACTS ABOUT THIS !!!!!............1. papyrus doesn't seem to be enjoying it. 2.undyne looks fine with it. 3.mettaton is enjoying it 4.but napstablook.....his.....body 5.and also mettaton and napstablook are cousins. mettaton = girl. napstablook = boy. both = cousins......i have no idea what life is anymore. :l :P
Mettaton is a boy but in some parts of the fandom he genderless , Toby Fox the creator of Undertale said I think MTT is a boy

+WierdGamer it is canon, but you have to get the mystery key to get into Mettaton's house next to Napstablook's. if you read the journals, its Mettaton talking about how things were before he started getting popular

+Maddison from the Black Parade i dunno how people dont really make the connection, the character is associated with the color blue, the cousin of another ghost that got a robot form, and is seen in canon wearing large stereo headphones. i dont really know how else i could make it anymore napstablook-ish
