Hello . I have been watching Bijan's channel from 2019 I think. Bijan's mom is a fabulous lady. She has been through a lot in her life but has lived with great dignity and has raised both her children. I do not think she has any lifestyle ailments like BP, Diabetes or cholestrol, by the grace of God. She does yoga daily. From the time I have been watching she has not put on an inch of weight. This is the only meal she has in the day. If you notice she eats a lot of vegetables and protein. Some of us can eat a lot of rice and some cannot. Mom can eat a lot of rice that is okay. She does all the household work as well. May she stay fit and healthy by the grace of god. Who are we to comment on what to eat and what not to eat. When Bijan was very very sick she nursed him back to good health through Ayurveda. She knows fully well what she can do and what she cannot do.
