- Livestock feed production in Kenya just got better due to the introduction of a new livestock feed cultivation technology that is already changing the landscape in livestock farming.
Many farmers who are into livestock farming complain about not getting feed for their animals during dry season and some also get involved in trouble with crop farmers when they release their livestock for open grazing in the fields.
The Juncao Grass feed is game changer technology, just after 3 months, begin harvesting to feed your animals such as cows, poultry, chickens, pigs etc and also sell it to other farmers for extra profit. Good news is, it’s doesn’t require fertilizer, all you need is water. It’s grows fast and can last for over 80 years.

I just want to add some thing to what he said about pest that attack the grass. There maybe unknown pest like warms or carterpillers and since its a grass that a varieties animals feed on its likely grass cutters or beavers can invade them.
This is elephant grass. We don’t have to import it to Ghana. Naturally grow very well in some parts of Ghana .
Juncao is not elephant grass. It is a super grass leaden with a lot of protein than that elephant grass of your.
@@okothyogaIs protein the only advantage?
What about growth conversion rate and biomass?
@@isaacjohnson615 Did it sound to you so? What makes it super grass is more than protein.

It's looking like what we call MONKEY SUGARCANE in the Niger-Delta area of Nigeria.
It has a lot of resemblance with sugar cane but not sugar cane.
Same there are grasses here in Anambra State that looks like this grass.
Can they send the juncao seeding or stems to Nigeria?
Very possible

This is Juncao Grass developed in china which has crude protein of 16-18%
