      Dhyan un sabhi logon ke liye hai jo khud ko improve karna chahtey hai. Dhyan se concentation (ekaghrata) , Will Power(iksha shakti) , positive thinking(sakaratmak soch), Energy(urja) jissey hum koi bhi kaam kar sakey, shanti(peace) , Calmness, stress release, Happiness(Khushi), Anand(Bliss) milti hai. Ye sabhi chiz har insan jiwan me chajta hai. So Dhyan sabhi ke liye chahey wo is duniya me safalta prapt karna chahta ho ya Adhyatmic untatti.

      Agya chakra par dhyan aakho se dekhe ya waha dhyan lagaya mn dwara aakh se dekhna bahut hard hai 5 min bhi nahi dekh sakte
