      They're singing "we don't need your constitution" as in the imposed state of canada's constitution. We are Sovereign and rightful stewards.

      Google The "constitutional express". Back in 1982(I think) indigenous people across Canada took a via rail train to Ottawa to protest against the "white paper" which would have stripped"Indians" of their rights! The result of this struggle, political and legal battle is section 35 of the Canadian charter of rights and our constitution
