as a Brawlhalla player I can confirm that every single crossover character is just a re-skin of that character and the moves are just the same with different move skin thingy except Rayman
Playstations all stars was honestly pretty good and fun. No one can say they disliked it, it was just a fun little fighting game with some ps characters. Smash is still the best tho.
It had no competitive balance and a lot of characters had broken specials. It was fun but only to a point until you get that sweaty friend that picks raiden or Dante the whole time. And just trolls you and your friends.
They have their ups and downs, but imo, brawl is better due to the giant weapon and character pool, but i do wish it depended less on crossovers which work as skins and started giving them original characters and they have been adding characters too their really good

All stars really do have potential I remember playing it when I was younger and it was fun as hell because with that game you have some more of the violent characters in it but the fun ones too like smash all while having it's own flair
