In Europe we mostly live in much smaller houses that we can maintain ourselves Alhamdullillah and we prefer big lawn maybe. I am from Bosnia and south of out country has a Mediterranean culture and our whole area is very close to Mediterranean and those houses are also smaller and much warmer and more beautiful. Come to Bosnia one day insha and you will see how simply we live there and we are happier that way. Also depends on the construction quality, houses look more grand here but lots of them have mold or other issues while in Europe construction is much better so depends on the materials used. Looking at the roof of this house it would not sell so expensive there as it does not have good quality on the roof.
You need to have 10 kids to stay here . The world is moving in small, maintainable houses. We need a bunch of servants to keep it in a good state. Wastage of space and money.
If this is 42cr in BT so called Islamabad. Just thinking how my house would be more thn 1.2 arab coz its centre of islamabad sector F8, the real islamabad which all the old Islamabadi’s know. Well its a nice house but not worth the price far far away from the real Islamabad.!
