Am afraid a bathroom with no windows is a big no no! as those systems usually fail and windows are a back up don't do that put windows please those are my experiences as a plumber working out in the developed world not to mention the consumption of power to run them thats Africa please
I hate communal things anyway nze apartments big as those is not my cup of tea not to mention communal water systems and lots of other things nze I wouldn't buy any apartments from structures as those I prefer to own from bottom to the roof of my property so I do whatever I wish
Talk about it. I have never understood how Ugandan's think. Why buy a condo yet the same amount of money can build you a full house with your own land. Now what if the building burns down in a condo, and the other people dont want to build again, what happens then. so you are right, its better to have your own land and house. Ebya condo's bikola mu USA and other countries where construction is in millions of dollars, not in thousands like us-UG.
