idk if this even answers ur question but i think its sort of referring to how ena wanted mizuki to be open about her secret to ena and wanted mizuki to stop avoiding her and suffering on her own, i kinda think it could also mean she just wants to be relied on by mizuki more or smth idk
for me it's not good or bad, it's just pure. because Mizuki always keep on smiling even she's hurt, so Ena just want Mizuki can be her true self, can show her real feeling in front of Ena. It's just pure feeling to want to stay by someone side
