Aye I love your videos! I use to watch them when I got into vintage discontinued fragrances (envy being my favorite). I agree I think it was a brave release that may be understood more over time. It’s the last major release before they were acquired and will probably become a classic. I think it’s one of their best.
lol, there are three fragrances I really dislike and their scent profile: Old Spice, Brute, and Joop. I had a decant of Viking years ago when the fragrance first launched and I couldn’t even get to the dry down because the opening and mid just took my brain straight to Old Spice 😂
Not at all. I can’t think of many other fragrances quite like Creed Viking. It’s clove centric so it’s connected to Creed Spice and Wood and that probably gets the closest. I also get clove from Musc Ravageur and Amouage Bracken Man but those deviate more. Kalan is a very different profile I need to revisit it but from what I recall it didn’t have that big red gum / cinnamon old spice aspect.
This is one of those fragrances that we call in the hood "white guys scents". Usually white people like this kind of scents, them earthy weird scents. In the hood we love that paco rabanne 1 million and invictus vibe. You know what i mean? That energetic vibe.
Please do all the Creed’s….your content is very sleek. People who are visual learners will like this channel
Viking one of my favorites from Creed.
Viking is so so underrated.
Fantastic fragrence.
Glad you’re back. Shavua tov
This is premium content if I’ve ever seen it
Viking starts off as "Old Spice" and then morphs into an absolutely gorgeous scent...you have to endure that first 30mins...then you're golden!!
I love Viking
Just found ya and made my way through all your videos. Love the content! Can you guys do Althair? :)
Literally recorded my wife’s reaction to it last night 😅 I’ll get to that one asap we had pretty different reactions which was interesting
Viking is an amazing fragrance that is misunderstood. People were expecting Aventus, and cannot handle how strong and "pepperminty" it is.

I have Creed SMW, Aventus and Absolu, Royal Oud. My next one will probably be Milliseme Imperial.
Great choices!
What do you think of the cologne version?
My wife liked it more she oddly said it was darker 😅 I’m gonna need to wear it to review it I been filming her impressions in advance.
❤❤❤❤

It’s polarizing for sure. Based on what you dislike I could guarantee you that Viking was going to be horrible for you 😅.
I think you should retry it most first sprays out of a decant sucks because it’s no air in the bottle yet
is it similar to pdm kalan?
