You can’t leave until job done (most of the times) 6. 10-12 hour shifts 7.Gets Super Hot in the summer or super cold in the winter 8. You have to be quick at what you’re doing but I takes time 9. If you get a certain amount of errors you get laid off 10. You have be efficient 11. They watch you and your % 12. If you have a messed up pallet and it’s a large load (pause) then you will have to do it Over again
I used to work with double pallet jack why is this only a single pallet jack also y did they have to put to pick someone who should have been retired decades ago
lol they definitely making it look easier than what it really is . Not saying it’s a hard job but you definitely have to be quick to keep your numbers at 0 because anything less than that will get you fired after your 90 day . Not a hard job though but I don’t recommend it to older people and older I mean 40 and up , every guy older than 40 that I’ve seen at the job didn’t last long at all . Good for the money though but you will definitely trade a lot of your time for it , if you have a family get ready to rarely see them

You must of been a complete screw up. I’ve cussed out managers and took long breaks, but nothing happens to me because I’m throwing 2000 plus cases a shift and in the 130% eff. I am curious what you did to get fired.
@@imjusthere750 dude i was at 270-300 efficiency their system is garbage when you take lunch or break you lose what u have and they expect you to redo what u did from start of the shift, anyways i was on probation on time never late didn’t call out they accuse me of wanting to take someone outside and said words that i didn’t say all over an issue that my work belongings was being toyed around missing, even unemployment asked me “go outside do and what” no clue. got the termination letter that just say discharge no explanation. 🍻
@@majinoozaru2048 not buying anything you said in the efficiency story. The system pauses efficiency when you tell it break and lunch so your not charged for building on your time. Also the company efficiency chart for every month never once had anyone over 150%. So I think you’re full of crap.
