For anyone who is not already a Patreon with Jamie, or you are on the fence about it, I can highly recommend it. He always gives excellent support, clear instructions delivered with his great humour (he really is a witty hippie 😜), not to mention the great givaways. I just won a code for Noises from Jamie, which is why I am watching this again. Thanks again, Jamie. I want to try it in my next project. So, if you are not already a Patreon, stop pissy panting around and sign up. 🤘🏼
You're right, there are loads of how to's on this app. But this is the best I've come across, clear and to the point. thank you very much, now I can go and pissypants about!👍✌
Good stuff, Jamie. This is a pretty wacky app, but I really liked the way you imported your own samples. Great tip with the tuner. I use that tuner all the time. Love it. BTW, great picture with your new iPhone.🤘🏼
Thanks Mick! I honestly don’t know how I’d cope without the Nembrini tuner. That was an absolute godsend. Yeah it’s a nice app for me cos I don’t do a lot of random stuff but Noises - you kind of play with it and just see what happens that you can use.
Nice one Jamie. A hippie is never late, nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to. 😁 I saw this in Doug's video and was tempted but you've pushed me to get it. Does this come with any barking dogs? If not I've found some free ones online and can import them but I was curious.
Great tip with the tunning Jamie. I fought off the urge to buy Noises when it was released, but after seeing your usecases (especially when you made the Gojira whale sounds) i think i need to have it more than ever... ! And its currently on sale too!
Nice walkthrough Jamie. I find it difficult to accurately set the pitch to specific settings. Can’t set it to an octave for example. Set it and lift your finger off and it jumps. The only workaround I’ve found is to send a specific CC value to the pitch control.
I’ve not found that the app jumps for me but what I’ve done is - when I’ve nailed a pitch I’ve been putting automation in to ensure that at that point it goes to exactly where I want it. I use automation more and more to make sure of these things. I have come to think though that a greater range of available pitches in noises would be good and perhaps a more note based control for dealing them in. Thank you for watching my friend! ✌️

Thank you Mick. It really is so nice of you to go out of your way to write such a nice endorsement. That’s very flattering and quite touching.

Brilliant! Thanks Jamie
My pleasure Grant. It’s an awesome app! ✌️

Dude! Thank you for watching. There are no barking dogs but there are plenty down our street I could sample for you. 😂 Glad you liked the video. :)
Thx, dude! Nice one!
Hey! Thanks for watching dude! Much appreciated!
Great tutorial/overview video, as usual. I wonder if each of the 8 samples has a maximum length
I am unsure, but have asked the question and will come back to you my friend. ✌️
Answer from AudioThing - there's no virtual limit to the sample size. The RAM/disk is the limit
@@JamieMallender wow. That's amazing. Thanks for your time. I'm going to purchase it. I want to try evolving pad sounds 🤔 👌

You won’t regret it dude, it’s a solid purchase. It really is surprising what you can get out of it when you have a good pissypants around with it. ✌️
