My Nokia 7 Plus started playing up when it wouldn't charge because the charging port had became loose and the cable would not stay in the charging port. I used to have to prop it on a pillow at a 45% angle for it to make contact with the charging pins. No sooner did it have a little charge, it would literally drain out in front of my eyes as soon as I started using it. It got worse and worse. The phone clearly had more than one problem (loose charging port and faulty battery I think). The online website where I'd purchased it from refused to honour their warranty, saying that I only had one year warranty, when I kept insisting their website had clearly said two year warranty at the time of purchase (which has since been removed from their website). I then spoke to Nokia themselves who checked my IMEI number and said that as it had been purchased outside my home country (United Kingdom) they would not 'assist me'. After going to a little 'kiosk' on the high street who said they repaired phones and only gave two weeks guarantee on their work - it broke down again on the third week...
I eventually went back to my old Nokia 1520 whose battery drains almost as quickly. This didn't help as I could no longer use any apps on the Nokia 1520 as you may well know, Microsoft no longer support this phone.
I'd finally had enough and last week (2 Dec 2020), I purchased a new phone: the Nokia 8.3 5G. which I am very happy with (although I am still learning it). I purchased it from Nokia themselves and it comes guaranteed with two years warranty for peace of mind.
I would like to say a big Thank you for thinking of me when you acquired the contact details for 'hackmarvin1'. It was so nice of you to even consider taking the time to write to me with this information and I really do appreciate it. Despite everything I've been through with my Nokia phone(s), I'm still one of their biggest fans.

I use this step to remove pattern from my phone Nokia TA-1165. Nokia TA-1165 Havn,t full option for removing the pattern. E.g. It have no this option "Wipe data/factory reset " . So how I remove its pattern in such case?
