Was fun to see MSY! Having traveled to New Orleans frequently for work I always recommend Cafe Beignet instead of Cafe du Monde… particularly the location on Royal. Excellent coffee and beignets (and better per Alton Brown; I agree). Looking forward to your next destination!

You gotta be careful in New Orleans. I never used to mind "cat calling" in the day, but it's not the same. It was more "in fun" a thousand years ago, now it often seems more pointed. I don't GET it anymore, that ship has sailed, but I see it. It was THE best when I was 19 and in New York. You don't have to worry when the guys are up on scaffolding on the third floor. I think you did the right thing. You just have to be careful.

So it’s basically just yogurt, oats, cinnamon, and some almond milk! I then add fruit at the time I’m actually going too eat it! And no I pretty much just wear the same heels!
