My first car was a 1962 Hillman Superminx. Drove it across the USA coast to coast and back again without the speedometer working. It was the Mighty Hillman!
The music is very much memorable. And what can I say about the East African Safari? I always followed it and more so when I was a kid and always followed and enjoyed watching it.
Nice video I have a singer gazelle (basically the same). Good to see they are well made but this video is made by rootes so maybe they are making it look better than it actually is?
I am in twin this Shampoo. You are saying this Shampoo is good for people under 70 years of age so it not good for over 70 ? Pls give reason thank you 🙏
@@briankenson285 You're quite correct. At first glance it resembled an S series Bentley but a closer examination proved it to be too small. It's a 403 alright.
Not sure if you'll see this reply, it's 2 years after all, but that's a great spot. And of an unusual and interesting car. Were the engines not 2 stroke?
Very nostalgic period of my childhood. I feel blessed to have seen early years of East African Safari .

My Dad had the very same model in 1966, with a vinyl roof! There's posh!
Those were the days...in more ways than one.
3:55 to 3:58 - now THAT'S how you stop a car AND make an entrance at the same time. 🤣🤣🤣
Bully! Let's bring back the days of Empire, shall we?
Damn fine idea, old chap!
Was that Jim Clark at 22.15? Great vid, funny to think it was the same year I was born: the cars look sooo old fashioned, lol. Thanks for sharing.

Was that a Bentley at 5:40?
Too small. Looked a bit like a Mk1 Ford Zephyr or maybe a Peugeot. Whatever it was it had an external sun visor.
Peugeot 403

@@gsd4me00 After a more forensic look, I agree that it's a 403.
