Yes, he did and that´s why I respect him and admired his guts even more, because he admitted rightaway and not denying like the others who undergone in this kind of surgery. I read an article then that he did operated in the nose, cheeks, eyelids, under the eyes and helps more the process of healing when he works hard to loose his weight. That´s why he missed a lot of guesting in diff. variety shows where Brian mostly appeared alone.
Yes, I prefer his looks today. He is so gorgeous, elegant and dashing in most of his outfits today since he changes his style in dressing. Maturity period helps him to be more confident in almost everything he does nowadays.
I like his looks before b´coz of his tough guy image esp. his naughty eyes and smiles. But I love more his looks today after his surgery. He is so charismatic and handsome than ever. I like also the way he changes his dress code, his dancing and singing style. He looks so settled and much more confident than before. I guess because he is getting matured and so sure of himself what he really wants. And his unique voice never changes. Take care that voice, it worths millions!

@punyesis true, he looks good either way... i thought he looked good back then, and he looks maybe even better now. And his voice is only improving... you could say he has become a man, and before a was a boy. With his long hair and stuff, now he clean cut and a lot more muscular.
but he realllyy looks soo much better now. so handsome and now you can see more of the outline of this face more. he wasn't all that fat but he had more of a round structure compare to now =]
hmmz if he only changed his nose why does his face look different ... not sayin he's not still good lookin its just that he was more like attractive lookin in "over the rainbow" but thats just my oppinion tho ! awsome song :)
