Love this channel with or without spoken commentary. YT must posses supernatural power because I spent the best part of today reinforcing a scissor jack to work safely on a a lathe of just 900 Kg . In the future I shall make something like that, but withe the toe tongue sticking out from the base, so it can be inserted in the slots that out machines have.
Simple but effective. I like it. I need a toe jack and that looks like the simplest and strongest setup. I already have the enerpac, just need to scare up a couple scraps. Thanks!

Honestly, who the heck has a can shaker in their shop - Mr I think you’re showing off - LOL - man I mean this honestly have been binge watching your channel - I’m very similar to you except have no formal qualifications and am nowhere near as talented - but by jingo you’re the most inspirational creator coz you seem to just do it - many thanks.
I found a bunch of cut outs at my local recycler. Bought several in different sizes. Is there a video on your press? Need one of those toe jacks. The round stock rollers, hot roll? Very nice build. I am looking at a good portapower.

Why do you have a large and bad ass 3 phase power equipment but your welder sounds and looks like it's struggling. Not trying to be rude, I'm honestly curious
Bryan, thanks for stopping by. Trust me, the machine was not struggling. Its a 300 amp miller machine and when I want to get deep penetration I run the machine hot and slow the wire down a bit. I'm able to burn in the weld better.But it definitely gives it a different sound.Gary

Maybe the bend was not just heated but fully hardened?
would it be possible to put 2 of them in series to raise something really long or not feasable?
