It costs tuppence halfpenny to join the Labour Party and become a “ grass roots member “. While we’re at it, just why did Corbyn impose à 3 Line whip to support a minority Tory government get Article 50 through parliament leading to a 4% drop in GDP and a loss of freedom to earn a living anywhere in Europe ??? Where was the grass roots input into that decision, and while we’re at it why did Corbyn not follow party policy and energise the Labour Party to campaign to Remain in the EU ?

Read the Forde Report, watch the labour files. Jeremy Corbyn was right in saying that AS was over stated and used , as well as a genuine issue. Keir Starmer himself said the issue had been used by the press for their own ends. In the time when Keir Starmer was taking a different side. The EHRC also said that the labour leadership had intervened in AS investigation , which the Forde report & labour files refuted , so Jeremy Corbyn was right in saying that he accepted most of the findings but not all

No. Does he support nurses and junior doctors? No. Has he completely ignored the Forde report? Yes. Has he kicked the former leader of the Labour Party out of the party? Yes. That doesn’t mean they are not making it clear that they think Keir Starmer is acting awfully. Not exactly a trap. For labour Jeremy Corbyn standing aNd winning, as he will, will be a huge distraction and embarrassment - ofcourse this side isn’t mentioned by the times. What those of us on the left are hoping is that Keir Starmer going forward has his power tempered by being made to work with strong and more decent men like Ed Lib Dem and Hamza youssef SNP. Whatever you think of Corbyn, and there is legitimate criticism to be made, he also undeniably represents a major element of our society and an important part of our political tradition.
The idea that you can just exclude a whole type of politics, a whole element of our national debate, from politics like this is authoritarian in the extreme.
If this Stalinist approach is how Starmer runs his own party, I am scared to see how he will run the state.

After everything that Starmer has done to show where he stands, ideologically, I would be doing myself a disservice to vote Labour at the next general election. Some might say it's a gift to the Tories but it was Starmer who decided to gift the Tories with a fundamentally divided Labour Party. I didn't start the fire and it seems like Starmer doesn't give two hoots about the effect of his reckless and paranoid decisions.
One thing I have come to understand is that with Starmer, the average worker has no business looking forward to any meaningful changes to their existential condition, under a Starmer premiership.

He desperately needs some PR training.

It seems more people are losing faith in the media. It's insane.
