This property is TOP NOTCH❤❤ ... The outdoor space and swimming pool are so extra but for a property in a city like Milan, just a hidden gem. Yes, this is a place I can see myself living in, for sure. I am always happy seeing another video of the Romilini family, because I know it will be another outstanding presentation. Wonderful place Danilo. I really like all of the Books they have in the first unit and the Piano. The second unit has a perfect blend of Traditional and Contemporary Design. I love the Arches. And of course the Fireplace. The third unit is great too. The Parquet floors are perfect. The pool and outdoor spaces are really nice too. You can not beat the parking. Thank you for your tour. You have shown the three area living spaces of this gorgeous property and I love the three the most. The first two are very beautiful and I love the way the piano is handing in the air. That is stunning! The master Bedroom walk threw way the narrow area is cute with it's bathroom as well. But the third area that to me is more like a single home with the attachment of the pool, with the lemon trees on a patio and a top roof terrace is simply elegant. I am also glad you said you can place you cars in that bottom grounds area so the car can have a space. This beautiful whole property is an 'Art Work" stunning piece.. Gosh, I know exactly were this stunning property is, i used to visit this area almost every 2 months for several days with work. The area has a fantastic vibe probably better than London. I remember a cheese restaurant we used to go alot that had lots of different types of Grappa, I wish i could buy this i have really happy memories, thank you, i bet it sells very quickly its beyond belief

Wow... I love this!. The spacious and open floor design makes this even more spacious. This is like my kind of style. The owners did an amazing job with furniture and accessories decor. The apartment complex is well priced for a exciting city. Here In San Francisco that might buy one large apartment in a good area without the splendor of being in Milano. Hope to be able to get those tasty Truffle Burgers at Tartufotto by Savini Tartufi in Milan once the world gets vaccinated.
Paul I live in Noe Valley. For over 4 million USD you can buy a lot bigger than than a one bedroom apartment which will include nightly car break ins and all the human waste one can imagine.

I just love how the rich people there look away, manifest fake conversations, sipping expensive coffee with their pinkies extended out and pretending that the crime and filth are not there. It is an amazing phenomenon to behold. None of Danilo's properties that I have seen so far are anywhere near approaching the filth that has overtaken San Francisco.
