No, as you can see, SAM turrets are facing upwards which means they scan the sky for any hostile aircraft. Thus, they are nit designed for killing players.

I mean its simple most of them deploys sam turret in map and you can see it on map too so what i do first is destroy sam turret or just use emp grenade to destroy sam turret and if there is Trophy system rhan i destroy it first with my gun than throw emp grenade. I dont know about orhers but if you seeing sam turret on map why anyone should wanna them to destroy there chopper gunner or gunship or vtol to destroyed by sam turret.
