That was a huge problem is season 1 but theyve buffed it alot. Good ways to gain SR are by going on winning streaks, after 3-5 wins it spikes your SR given per win.

EDIT: I'm writing this on the 30th April 2018 and fuck me I was an idiot and he did prove me right, also I didn't whisper to him I just spoke in Chat, I added the word whisper for dramatic effect

It's that everyone has the mentality that they belong in diamond or higher and their team is what makes them lose so they decide to be a 1-man army, meanwhile the enemy team always ends up more coordinated with say a lucio, a mercy a rein and a dva with DPS' like soldier, reaper or tracer. Meanwhile mine has ""Genji Pros"", people who only go McCree (and are so bad they can't even hit say a pharah), Hanzo mains who insist he is the best for everything, people who have seen those crazy widowmaker trickshot videos and want to be like them (and fail miserably) and reapers that lose to mercys at close range. I don't know if Overwatch thinks I am good at the game and can carry the team (If i could I wouldn't be in silver) or if it is just sticking me with the bottom of the barrel as there isn't enough players in silver for it to be more fair.
