Hey Everyone!!!!
Finally, we hit the roads after such a long time!!! Yayyy!!!
We headed for a one-day trip to SHIVANASAMUDRA for a Weekend Getaway.
This place is located in Mandya district in Karnataka and is about 131 kms away from Bengaluru.
Here's what I witnessed-
The Entry gate of Bharachukki falls open at 9'o clock in the morning.
The waterfalls are flowing in their humongous forms. Tourists have already started emerging in volumes. Lots of local vendors have finally started getting some business.
Though it got sunny by the afternoon, it was enough to lower the restlessness of the travel bug within me.
And the HIGHLIGHT of the trip was finding this offbeat location.

Enjoyed it to the core but was cautious all the time as well, you know why.
Trust me TRAVELLING is so precious right now.

Ya, it's a good time to see the waterfall in its humongous form....but with the pandemic around, it's little risky as this place has become heavily crowded these days.
You have to take utmost care for not catching and spreading the stupid virus.

Hi , Yesterday I visited this place with my family, I enjoyed a lot.. one thing I need to add, once you enter bharchuki falls there will be a restriction to go further down side, beause of safety, but in late 90s there will be a accese to go down , hilarious part is, down side there will be lion " cave" is there, and some hidden stairs under the water , this information I get from my father ( who visited in 80s with his family ) and he actually experienced that place , and I spoke residence who stays in that location,they are also agreed,even they told there will be a lion who stays in the that cave in very old time but not now,
I think this place have much more deep history which we dont know
Any way , I thought to share my experience
Note : now they reduce tiket price to 5 rs

Thank you😊 The place comes towards left side while going towards the bharachukki waterfalls. It's just 1-2 kilometres away from the waterfall viewing point

Hey, yes it is possible to reach there by car. It is just next to the route that takes you to the bharachukki falls. You can park your car there.

Last month I visited that water damn bridge the path was sh,,,ty not at all a good place to visitors, rather you can visit srirangapatnam which is clean and fun to visit
when I visited the place, it was quite clean as you can see in the video itself..may be now, its not! but hey anyway, thanks for the suggestion, will visit Srirangapatnam once its safe to go outside..stay safe! :)

Just before the barachuki security entrance gate take left to the Dargha thier you can get the local ordinary room for rent, but please dont expect five-star level once😉😉😉
