Daniel Carter there's spots around that can produce great rights comparable....and not nearly as crowded in the colder months. ny gets annoying, but we got reasons to appreciate being here too.
Poor Wardo, and anyone competent who surfs Lowers. What a minefield! So many get in the way. Luckily they are so good they can avoid collisions. Is it me, or are people just more disrespectful to a surfer on a wave than they use to be? Revealed my age, but to anyone my age and remembers more clearly, has it really always been this way or is there a modern disregard for other surfers that has developed?
+WishIcould showmyname Unfortunately at least since the late 60's it has always been pretty much the same especially at crowded spots. Surfing can be a selfish pursuit and then add in ego. Look at old footage of Dora at Malibu...respect would mean he didn't get dropped in on all day. I surf mostly crowded breaks in So Cal and I definitely see MORE tolerance and LESS violence these days and acceptance that good breaks in So Cal are gonna be crowded !
That makes sense. Less violence with cameras everywhere and more people able to surf with better wetsuits and equipment nowadays. Got to just accept it.
WishIcould showmyname when I was a kid the locals and the guys who ripped seemed to be the aggressors. these days, with less violence perhaps, it seems to be the indignant beginner who stirs up trouble while the locals and guys who rip just want a quiet surf free of the drop ins and dangers posed by these beginners. IMHO.
Best board ive ever owned..and ive had a few
Saw him destroying at the pier yesterday. Insane.
Ahhhh the old days...before Lowers was a E-bike garage
Wow. Just wow.
I'd like to see him surf it as a quad!!
*I want!*
Where is this ? That right is unreal, I would kill for a few of those out here in NY.

@@captieye there is nothing on the east coast that can produce anything remotely close to Lowers. Nothing.

Looks so fun though, easy, forgiving, ripable.
Looks like your locals need to step up thier regulating! More people in that lineup than rats in a New York sewer!!!
