When a man hits you for the first time, you no not need to go for some training to fight him back...Just use your brains and drop the love you have for the bastard that moment he hits you and end the marriage immediately and move out that same day and hour without feeling sorry for yourself....I don't understand why the abused women tend to tolerate this beatings second,third, fourth time, weeks, years I just don't get it....Love with your heart and at the same time use your brains don't just sink in love but loose yourself in the process no wonder many times when abused women when asked..." then why aren't you leaving the abuser?", they go like "but I love him!"..
Most people tolerate because its familiar since they come from dysfunctional families. There is also whats called trauma bond were a person cannot leave because of fear, love, hope for change in the abuser.
@@rue258 Omit trauma,, some women can't just live without men it's that simple,, she'd rather receive all the beatings but when she imagines how such an abuser is some monster in bed the especially the way she likes it she can't leave the hell out of such a man to another woman,, shed better leave either physically damaged, mentally damaged or maybe the guy leaves her and remarries....
She explains it at 7:24. Other people in her life whom she though she could count on for support advised her to accept her situation. At least the work friend had enough sense to visit and help her out. Too man victims have the same problem -- not enough money to live on their own, unable to job hunt or relocate without partner finding out, no one else to help protect them, etc.

I speak as a self defence instructor. NEVER ever move in with a partner unless you are skilled in martial art. Also make sure you have separate bank accounts so you dont' suffer domestic financial terrorism. That is where the abuser says to the victim "leave me but how will you pay the bills?" The victim is powerless
Let me list the types of domestic abuse
Online- one partner spreads malicious stuff about the other- there is some overlap with sexual.
Physical- well documented.
Emotional- no end of emotional abuse. Please note that in some cases the abuser may not realise they are doing it.
Neglect- one neglects responsibilities. They may not realise they are doing it.
Sexual- one gets the other to do things they don't want to.
Unfaithfulness- which can cause terrible distress.
Unfair divorce In some immigrant communities all a man has to do to divorce his wife is say "I divorce you” three times.
Domestic Financial terrorism- it's where the abuser says to the victim "go on leave me but how will you pay the bills?" The victim has no choice but to go back to the abuser.
Forced arranged marriage.
Forced fattening This is very rare but I have only seen one case as a personal trainer.
Forced genital mutilation- of younger children.
Forced language. Some 1st generation immigrants refuse to speak to their kids in English.
Forced religion. Some parents force their kids to follow a faith they don’t want.
Forced career. In some communities they put their teenage kids under intolerable pressure to study a university course they don't want to
Forced clothing. Some 1st and 2nd generation immigrants force their children and wives to always wear clothes relating to their country of origin.
Forced culinary experiences In some immigrant communities they often force their children to eat food from the home country despite objections.
Forced culture. Some 1st generation immigrants force their culture onto their kids causing terrible distress being caught between two cultures
Forced holidays. In immigrant communities, especially Asian communities, when it comes to school holidays the only places the parents take their kids is to their friends in the UK or to the home country. It’s commonly done because the child is becoming “too westernised.”
Forced schooling I have seen many cases of this. What happens is that the parents put their kids under huge unrelenting pressure from a very early age to do well academically.
Forced sexuality In some communities if the son or daughter is not heterosexual then beatings occur

i usually suggest ladies to fight back we rnt some animal to be beaten it isnt correct ladies frget one thing there is so many things in kitchen which can protect us we need the hrt n strngth a laddle to hit them right on the knuckles or hand when they try to hit or on there face is correct hit them as hard n let them knw the pain n leavr them even without helping
Yeh fight back the first time, get a bat or a hammer and start whaling away at his head and body. He’s him as hard as you can. Don’t close your eyes. Keep hitting until he falls down. Don’t be afraid if you see blood. Don’t stop whaling until he can I longer get up. Then get out that door. Leave your clothes. You can buy some more. Don’t take him back-buy some more. Once a man hits you he will do it again. Pray that GOD gives you the strength to be done. Don’t go back ever. Have faith in GOD that he will supply your every need!!!
