Thanks so much for this! It's a great supplement to my A&P I objectives. I am a very a visual learner, so seeing the picture and having it explained in such a natural and friendly way makes it seem easier to learn all this information.
Im in A&P 1 and I am having a hard time learning from my professor but you make it so easy and love the little storys they definitely help me remember little details. Wish you were my teacher. You are awesome. Thank you for making these videos for us.
I was taught that the trochlea is what articulates with the ulna, whereas the captiulum attaches with the radius. In other words, you can see that the radial fossa (directly above the capitulum) is what articulates with the head of the radius (hence its name). Both the coronoid fossa and olecranon fossa will attach with the coronoid process and olecranon process, respectively, of the ulna.
Careful here. The capitulum does NOT articulate with the ulna but with the radius, since it is on the lateral side of the elbow joint. The ulna articulates with the trochea. This vid is wrong on that part. Google it.
You make it so easy to understand and follow along .
Thank you.
