Honestly I use to hate on simulators thinking who would wanna play a game about farming. But this is the most fun an relaxing time I've had with a game in a long time theres so much to this game an I can spend hours upon hours playing this.
Not at all bored. First time I've seen any content creator do any landscaping. So thanks for that. I've also subscribed as I'm interested to see what you do going forward.
Giants have really upped their game and from first looks it's good. thanks for the video and showing us a glimpse of what you can do. I look forward to UK maps again. I love our odd shaped fields where YOU have to do more work than hiring a worker. 👍
Won't argue with you a very pleasant release and I think from a personal perspective I will get far more hours in this than FS19, and may even surpass my 3500+ hours on FS17.... Thanks for watching mate.
ok like the elevation tools BUT remember water rolls dwn hill. So your house is fine but you have a silo in a flood area. Cool to see the elevation tool in action though. Love the American maps the best but think would be cool to have a map in each country with the things that grow in that climate :) Maybe maps w/ mountain scenery or waterfalls and windmills
Thanks for the tips! But I did put drainage channels under the gravel to clear away excess water - it's just unfortunate you can't see my planning work! bahahaha I agree with you 100% about varied maps locales and associated crops...
I am buying a Christmas present to myself, I was going to buy street outlaws 2 for Xbox one s but I changed my mind. I am going to get this game. I already have FM 15, 17, 19, so I will add to my collection.
All I can say is WOW what a bloody awesome Improvement on 19 very very impressed so far I am hoping that they can keep this level up. It is actually making me look forwad to Farming again
Oh wow, gorgeous. I just got the simulator and played all day Yesterday learning the hard way what... NOT to do and I ended up starting out on a new plot and as I bought machinery I realized there definitely won't be enough space to do what I want to do because I didn't know yet when I started. Anyway your video was so helpful and I will start on the same piece of land you did. Exciiiiited!! I will slowly make my farm look nice as I make money. Thank you for this helpful video!
Not boring at all!! Awesome video, Im new to this tyoe of games and I had no idea that its basically a building game as well lol....thanks for the video!
I love the area next to the field 73 like you, though I had no idea of how to setup my buildings, and the start where you just start on the bottom part near the south end just gave me lots of them. thanks!
@@Duckzorly like, I'm a truck driver, so I see plenty of industrial plants with those type of entrance, so indeed, doing a 2 way entrance with a weight station either at the entrance or the exit while the silo would be somewhere at the top looks interesting
I enjoyed watching it. You did a good job on landscaping. I already know if I but property there. I'll have to spend alot of money. Just on ground leveling.
Bit late to the party, but great video! I've only been playing since about Christmas but starting to think about doing something like this myself. My landscaping definitely needs some work though. I need to remember to save the game everytime a little bit goes to plan.
Just found your channel , been playing and enjoying the game myself. It’s fun to see what others come up with. The dumb farmhouse really messed up the land when I placed it. That lower area could. Or be smoothed or fixed lol. Love the look of your spot so far and I subbed as well. Can’t wait to see what else you do with this.
Thanks Vital and thanks for the Sub. Yeah the multi level farmhouse wasn't thought about in how it could mess up people, I get it the design is nice, but for simplicity and minimilisation of issues, it should be a flat bottom - we ALL know how hard it is to get level things to be level at times! lol. Glad you like my farm to date, I will be doing more work on it when the Place Anywhere mod is released very soon. Cheers mate
Jaeger it comes with time, the best part about this game genre is there is no rush, and you can take your time. Feel free to join us on our Discord and we can help you out anytime if you wish. But otherwise if you have any questions feel free to ask...oh and Video 3 will be out in about 48hrs lol
Still no cattle-grids in decoration in this game? No one will listen to my growling over this matter since FS15. *sobs* This was a so relaxing and informative start up. The best made I've seen to this date about all FS, Duck! Love it!
Farming Simulator 22 is my first experience playing this game. After a couple months it seems pretty good. My only complaint is trying to level the ground after placing a building or trying to put in a driveway. I always make it worse.
I'm always using the first farm setting where you have a farm and equipment already. I think I might try the Farm Manager mode. The starting farm for Elm Creek is very limited and the fields are so small. Think I might start a new map and go this route. Looks like there is a lot of space in your build area that wont require me to remove a field.
I agree the starting farm and areas is limiting - just depends on your gameplay preference - but certainly nothing to stop you from making something different, akin to what I decided to do in this series.
Got a new farm built up in the North-West region of the map. I think my template was from a video called Elm Creek 2.0. Tried following along as best as possible, with a few improvements of my own, but I have sheep, cows, and I'm using the original farm on this map for grapes and wine production.
Hello,i just started this game today and i am dying to know if we can move a object/house/building after we place it? Like the Sims 4 do....On a now deleted save,i put a doghouse at the wrong spot,so i sold it back to remove and bought again and put to new spot. Is that how it works? Good job on this, really helpful.👍
Hi Martin yes you can generally remove things you have placed mostly - by using the Remove button in the Construction menu. There are also mods available that reduce the loss of money by deleting etc as well if you wish - and are available in the in-game Modhub (for PC at least - Console may not have all of those type of mods though)
Different Strokes for Different Folks... lol yeah I get what you mean but sometimes you have to shake things up a bit - and TBH it never was really intended to start out that big
Did you have any problem with building the farm house I’m guessing you are on pc so probably not but on ps4 I can get everything else to show up but not the farmhouse
Hi Luke... Yes on PC here, and no problems with the Farmhouse ... may be a console issue, but have you tried placing it on a really open area? When you try to place it are you getting an error box for placement or landscaping flatness?
@@Duckzorly pacing was the issue I couldn’t get it to even show up so I could see where I was placing it! It seems to work randomly and then not work but thank you I enjoyed your video
