If someone could adjust Mr. Pabrai's mic gain and/or threshold or just turn compression/ limiter off so the volume doesn't drop out that would be cool
Yes,the audio quality is very bad
Mohnish is making me miss work because of these interviews
Love these educational videos. Thank you Monish Pabrai
For long term followers of Mohnish, this interview is a missed opportunity. Questions are a repeat of past interviews. Mohnish is exceptional, interviewers should bring the hidden gems from him.
Super as usual, many thanks Mohnish for continuously sharing your knowledge and wisdom
Fantastic interviewer. Didn’t ask any basic stuff & all questions were specific to niche topics.
Yes! Please fix your mic Mohnish!
Thank you Mohnish. Another great Q & A session. You are a great teacher. Particularly enjoyed the conversation about some of the hacks.
Thank you for sharing your insights, Mohnish. I just finished The Dhandho investor. Read the book in one day - such a great insights. Now reading 100-bagger.
Thank you Monish for your educational lessons and for your time doing so. 🙏
You ar a bride for me between Munger ,Buffett and me. Never seen someone explain better then you about them. Good bless you 🙏

Love from Bihar, India ❤😍
1. Define intrinsic value and acknowledge the challenges in its calculation (01:32)
2. Use hacks, such as focusing on businesses within your circle of competence, to simplify investment decisions (03:00)
3. Consider liquidation value as a benchmark for intrinsic value in certain cases (04:41)
4. Learn from experiences with companies where conservative estimation of value was effective (05:14)
5. Understand the difference between "risk" and "uncertainty" in investments (08:34)
6. Explore ways to find investment ideas, like using resources such as Value Investors Club or exploring particular geographies (13:22)
7. Utilize scuttlebutt and management meetings to gather additional insights on companies (17:41)
8. Reflect on the importance of measuring outcomes in charity and focus on easily measurable impacts (38:00)
Mohnish, fix the damn mic man!
I sort of disagree about using Value Investors Club as a filter. The vast majority of those write ups have mediocre returns on capital. Many of the ideas suffer permanent losses of capital too. This isn't so much as critic of VIC as it is of how difficult the game it.
I'm 47 years old single mother living in Spain I'm hoping to retire at 50 if things keep going well for me. Bought my first house last month and I can't be more proud than I am right now. I'm so glad I made good decisions about my finances that changed me forever...
Congratulations pretty lady. You’re really doing well at your age. I’m 41 and my finances are in a mess right now. Any good tips would really go a long way in shaping my life. I want to buy my own house, that’s really really 🤩
@@ericayumi454 Hey sweetie, sorry for late response. Apparently, I used the FIRE movement to put my finances in shape. You can research more about it. Then, lnvested in stocks, cryptocurrencies and real estates through the assistance of an lnvestment pro I was able to make it..
@@carinapalomino1108 Thanks for your kind response, I would love to connect with your financiaI consuItant..
@@ericayumi454 for me I invest with a professional Called( *Susan Luzia* ) by a stock company that trades for us and return profits on weekly basis for me. And you can invest your capital and get weekly returns on of investment (ROI) without any extra fees attached....
You can reach her 0n Tele gram 📧
Does Mohnish tell himself before each talk that he needs to talk about Reysas? He's the self-appointed PR team ;)
2 today!
Imagine asking questions about the Buffett lunch when there are 45 other videos about the exact same topic. Wish the interviewer ask something, anything new and interesting.
Please stop asking him about that lunch with W.B. We have heard the story thousands times and mohnish must be tired of answering the same thing every time. New questions please!
I'm going to spare some of you lots of hours of research or interviews: just buy the index and go enjoy your life.
yeah should have done that years ago
ist just easier to earn twice your money then to make an extra 2%
or even to break even, when you factor in the trading costs and taxes payed
@@webentwicklungmitrobinspan6935 Well, I took three years to realize that. Could've been worse, better late than never.
you are going to be to wrong just decrease the possibility of error
" Meta is an easy double " yo whassup with that, didnt age well

Why does the interviewer have a strange accent.
