At my house, the alarm went off, and wouldn’t stop… the screen looks like it’s orange and kinda glitching. I don’t know what to do how to get it to normal again, I tried the rebooting where I took off the front and disconnect and mine don’t even have the power supply. Any idea… I don’t even need that thing and don’t want to pay for the service
Hi, There are a couple of things you can try. I would first unplug the wall adapter from the wall, then you can try a magnet on a string to bring the cable back up the wall, or find out where the cable comes out of the wall near your wall adapter then re run the wiring through that hole back up to where the panel is mounted using something rigid that can be fed through the wall with the panel cable attached.
Hello, If your panel keeps going black, check the brightness level, and if the system becomes unresponsive, there may be other system issues. If you have a current alarm company, have you checked with them for additional support?
What’s the point if you can’t change the master code

We have run into this issue called for the panel to be replaced per qolsys instructions
I don’t have a power plug but it looks pretty darn close. It’s black and blinking green for hours. How can I fix this? Thank you
Hello Michael, You have have a hardware failure, if you have a dealer you will need to troubleshoot with Qolsys tech support.
The original installer don't gave any code and I need reset my panel, how can i do a hardware total reset?
Try 2222 for dealer and 1111 for installer. Dealer is best
my one freeze at the screen Initializing the app, and keep restart even hard reset still has this problem
The power supply cord fell into the hole in the wall and I don’t know how to get it out lol
