This is Amol Pawale, 35 years young. My daughter is 2 years old. I am born and brought up in Pune. I am working as Assistant Manger Grade A in Reserve Bank of India ( total work experience of 7 years).
Academically : BE CSE (2009- aggregate gap 3.21/ final gap = 2.56), BA Economics (2018, Distance Education = GPA 2.3) both from Bharati Vidyapeeth University. After graduation in 2009, I prepared for UPSC Civil services for 4 years (gave UPSC mains thrice) and then in 2015 I cracked major bank posts including SBI PO, IBPS PO and RBI Assistant (landed job as PO in 8 banks). However, I joined RBI in 2015 as an Assistant. I am also having JAIIB & CAIIB Certifications. I am currently pursuing FRM Level 1(GARP). I am currently learning German A1 too.
I am looking forward to move to Germany, work in Finance Sector there and settle down for my kid’s future and better socio-economic environment.
However, confusion lies here. How? Do I first take admission to Masters there, come on study visa and then look for job? Or directly start applying for a job? Great confusion lies here for me. If you provide guideline and direction for me it will be immensely helpful. Please have a little attention to my case as I know you are the only one who can provide me honest review and direction.

Kindly make a seperate video for someone who is Undergraduate or have done HSC so how one get seek a Job thru possible ways and can that person also come thru Job Seeker Visa . Call Centre Jobs / Cashier etc jobs which doesnt require a Degree and neother it comes under Skilled Worker

It is generally applicable to everyone..I am not sure if there are some country requirements that you need to fulfill while applying from other countries..but this part you may check from your side..
Thing is I have done everything but how to IDENTIFY that those jobs are willing to sponsor your VISA??
When companies find a correct candidate for a job opening they sponsor work visa once the interview and candidate is selected for that job

If it is open then continues from 2020 appointment scheduled. Coz we got appointments may 2020.due to covid it has been stopped

Hi, I have got student visa in germany and planning to travel in two months.My husband is trying to apply jobs from India, he is into .net, asp core and has 8 years of experience with big MNC's in India, does nt know German. He applied few jobs in LinkedIn with exactly matching his skilllsets,but could not manage to get any calls.we prepared cover letters keeping in mind every required points. to get atleast calls what we are missing.Sholuld he only apply to the jobs which does not require German or he should start when he can come down to Germany.Please suggest.

Congratulations for your visa.
For your husband I would say - At times the process take time but important is to keep applying. After January the job market opens up so pls try to re apply or find new opportunities too and keep on applying regularly. Try to contact recruiter too, those are responsible for hiring in Germany.
Learning German language in parallel will definitely help a lot 😊👍🏻
