Really cool car, sweet setup, plus she is a screamer. Great numbers for Gen1 Coyote NA, really love the setup in this car, love these New Edges that have some kick in the butt power!
421, man that's not bad for the first pull. I'd like to have Andrew tune my 2019 procharged Mustang but I'd like to take it to him, only thing is I live so far, I'm in West Virginia 😢😢
Do you plan on getting into tuning some of the older stuff in the future? I have a 03 Cobra that I'd like to Whipple soon and I'll be looking for someone to remote tune it.
I have tuned a ton of EEC V cars already. The problem with remote is most people don't want to spend the time to get me proper wideband data. So in the future when I have a dyno I'm sure I'll tune a lot of 99-04 GT Cobra in person.
@@MustangLifestyleTV i have borla s type catbaack on stock cats and h pipe. do you recommend x pipe over h? Is an open element air intake better(like jlt or k&n) or stock air box good enough? Thank you so much for replying as any advice I’d appreciated
@@josesaldana703X pipe will make more peak power but H pipe will make more torque. Sound is also different X is more raspy and aggressive and H is more smooth. @@josesaldana703 fender well will take in cooler air, but at the risk of waster getting in. If you don’t have fender liners that are in good shape, there’s a change it could get soaked. I have mine for my car just in the bay and it seems to do ok. And I have a hEaton blower that’s just making that air even hotter. Really the more straight your air can be fed in, the better. Shorty headers are kind of a waste. No real power gains from that. A lot of headache for not much gain if any. For a bolt on 2v I wouldn’t. I run stock manifolds on my car still. Also thanks! It runs about 11psi at peak which is 6k rpm. It makes about 380whp on 93 octane. It’s about to go on E85 which will be a future video. Actually will be doing it at Andrew’s shop. Like he said it's a gen 1 truck motor so 10.5:1 compression vs 12:1 like the gen 3 you're talking about. Also it has boss cams which is like gen 2 coyote cams they're better than truck cams but the same as a gen 2 coyote cam stock. Also most intake header e85 gen 3 don't make 500 wheel alot of them are under 500 they do 480-490 and people call it 500. Not all the time I'm just saying it's not super common to be above 500 wheel even with a gen 3 with the mods you're talking about.
It is stock. They don’t typically explode north of 7000rpm in a single gear. It’s aggressive shifting at high rpm that might have lock out or damage gears/synchros
Agreed. Some people have the logic of "since my car is now faster than a stock cobra I have the right to run cobra badging" but I don't agree with that if it ain't a cobra it ain't a cobra. Even if you had a cobra driveline it still not a cobra lol
The cobra on the bumper and cobra grill badge gotta go it might have a coyote but its still not a cobra. Rear bumper smoothed would be better imo and tri bar pony in the grill which is a similar look. Fake snakes arent cool lol

My buddy sold this car to the guy that ownes it now. I ran it with my boosted/ cammed 2v and it was a damn good race side by side.

It has boss cams so it's not really like a gen 1 per se that's prob why the numbers are little better
im about to build one
ayo those badges on the trunk gotta go lmao
Yea he should get it shaved off.
How much would y’all charge for a coyote swap
Love these tuning vids
Them 8k rpm runs tho 👌🏼 😮💨
Yeah ive shifted my Mach1 from 4th to 5th at 150 at redline (in Mexico 👀)
Really like the tuning videos 👍
God damn it now I have to swap my new edge...
It's amazing how automatic the numbers are for these motors with a given combo. Zero guess work.

More fuel more power. That is not a surprise LOL

Yes
