    Construct an hollowed out cylinder with eight stacked functional layers, each layer divided into two resonant cavities with the same opening area, separated by deflection blades. The geometric shape of the eight layers is the same, but the deflection angle gradually shifts.
    It can effectively block incident sound energy in the range of 600 to 1400 Hz from all directions.
