Humber Valley is one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Toronto, and $4.8 million for a house in that neighborhood is actually pretty average. Definitely a good deal, plus the fact that it already sold 6 months ago!
You are aware that in a realestate market crash the luxury market is the canary in the coal mine. So a third of the value of a 4.8 million dollars property is about 1.6 million dollars gone in smoke.

Toronto is overpriced! Hamilton, Ancaster, Oakville and Burlington are the best places to live in Ontario!
If you dont have the money, those cities are better. If you can afford a home here, it is undoubtedly better to live in Toronto.
Hamiliton is full of crackheads, Oakville is nearly as expensive as Missisauga, if not approx the same. Burlington & Ancaster are nice!
