Adam and sally officially finished in 2000 even when they see themselves back in Italy, it won't be the same. This was very touchy. Their final goodbye.
Taylor's relationship progression with Morgan is like a fast-forward version of her relationship with Brooke. She went from verbally sparring with Morgan over Ridge to being friends with Morgan and stopping her from dating Clarke. This is similar to how she used to spar with Brooke over Ridge but then temporarily became friends with Brooke and stopped her from being with Thorne. In both cases Taylor does something puzzlingly against her interests. If she were purely thinking strategically, she would want Morgan to be with Clarke just as she should’ve wanted Brooke to be with Thorne to keep them both away from Ridge. But in both cases her Good Girl traits override her self-interest and this is actually a weakness since Morgan will become a psychotic villain and Brooke will eventually become Taylor’s rival again for Ridge.
I know that it is all set up for the future development of the storyline BUT I'm confused, I now feel the sapphic vibes you talked about Megan Brooke Morgan here 🤭. Taylor is intrigued by the sparring with Morgan.. and she is positive about Ridge dancing with her... I've never understood the 🍍 joke. It can be applied here 😂?
@@babs4848 😂🤣 Taylor seems a bit tame for those options. But then again she managed to have s ex while freezing in the cold at Big Bear so what do I know?
Yes, there is something weird going on with Taylor in the storyline? I thought it was really odd that she insisted to Brooke that she was in love with Ridge and not Thorne? Sounded like Taylor was asking for trouble just to prove a point. And now this attraction Taylor has for Morgan…. wanting to be her friend after sparring with her over her husband? 🥴 Seems like the writers are creating a puzzle, and they are slowly going to put the pieces together? But in order to do that, they are making Taylor an airhead. 😟
Yes, and in this storyline Taylor needs to be written as very unsuspecting in order for the storyline to work (not to mention how unsuspecting Ridge will have to be).
Sally’s thumbs up to Adam as he walks out for the last time is the perfect way to show how absolutely fed up she is of everything. No matter how hard she tries, the good times always come crashing down. But, like the late Queen, she just picks herself up and “carries on”. A great shame to see Adam go but it’s to Brad Bell’s credit that he gave him such a strong and moving final scene… something few characters have gotten in this show, unfortunately
@@TriniT21 First they dropped the ball by not having one single scene of him mourning his daughter. I actually would’ve preferred that Caroline had taken her last breath with Bill by her side. Brooke doesn’t know the first thing about love. She speaks of destiny yet she lives in a fantasy world and only brings chaos and drama to her short lived relationships. She never had what Sally and Adam had in a lifetime.
I wish they would have stretched out the Adam and the mobsters storyline further. It would have given even more emotional resonance to an already strong ending, and would hopefully have meant less screen (or scream) time for Brooke.
Ridge's age starts to show. He doesn't mind another round of lovemaking but suggests they switch from the office couch to the more comfortable bed at their home, where they have more space. No lovemaking on the office floor this time.
Taylor is finally very happy the way to keep this happiness is to maintain a close relationship with her husband and that includes no former lovers they always have hidden agendas
Spectra's head designer can still walk through FC without any care. Ridge and Taylor worry about Morgan's vulnerability, but neither worries that that fling might harm the company, or do they?
@@debratroeak77 You are right and I watched both of them with my nanna when I was younger. Thank you for clarifying. But I got the Duncan part right anyway haha
Taylor is using the motto ‘keep your friends close and enemies closer’ tactic.
Sadly, it won't work for long

Great acting by Michael Swan and Darlene Conley. Very moving! Will miss Adam.❤❤👏🏻

Morgan thinks Taylor would be uncomfortable to be friends with Ridge's ex.
Morgan, _everyone_ is _everyone's_ ex at Forrester Creations.
