@Intelligent Thanos Bosozoku isn't just slapping a ridiculous exhaust pipe on a random car. If you look at how cars are actually built in Japan, the body-work on the cars is as wild as the exhaust pipes - otherwise, cars with stock-looking bodies (kyusha) will have much tamer exhaust setups. In a nutshell, the exhaust pipes don't make sense on either the Remus or the Futo GTX.
I think it's just because it doesn't matter which way you go, there isn't any way to avoid turning. However, taking the starting left gives you more speed down the straight, and if you're skilled enough, drive onto the train track through one of the crossings and get to the other side of the train tunnel. This way, you have more speed to get onto the rails that are adjacent to the left side of the river in this race.
From my experience, the right side has a slightly shorter path compared to the left. Because of that generally the drivers will be ahead when they meet. The left side gives you more speed on the straight and in theory a better and faster route but there is a high chance you will have a pile up at the intersection and can't use your extra straightline speed.
At 6:49 if you are up to top or near the top speed you can clear those bars past the train tracks you can just about clear it and with a bit of precision, you can save about I'd say 1-3 seconds or more with it. It has to be really good though to land it right so I'd trust your method a lot more. Great video and I will defiantly be using these to improve my times. :)

I would have to say in Grooving, don't take the 45 degree turn to the gas station as that would slow down a lot since you're making a Uturn, Take the left to the train tracks then right into the alley, then another left on to groove street and right again to have a longer straight
For the groving race i think it’s better to just enter grove street from the right before the gas station it’s much faster and requires no slowing if u can control your car and the last race you can stunt jump between the letters it’s quiet hard but whenever i do it i get -2 seconds form the second place at least
For the groving pursuit one you can actually go a route that’s faster than the route you took but the route you went actually avoided all cop cars so I guess either way is fine
Even though the Remus sucks in terms of speed I honestly love the way it handles and grips the road. Was nice to see you drive it, wish rockstar could of balanced the cars a little better. Boring seeing everyone drive the same stuff
