This theme, and that fateful scene of the orcish ships coming up over the horizon, humans hastily preparing their cannons for the final clash, burned an image in my mind of the Horde at its absolute apex.
I didn't play WC2, but the adapted version of the scene at the end of WC3 is what hooked me.
For the horde! You really missed something not having played WC2! But all in all WC3 is a much better game in (almost) every aspect

Wow this was awesome! :D I loved how true it felt to the original, even though there is no bitty MIDI-sounds!
+kazath Thank you soo much!! I loved the soundtrack since the game came out, one of the best of its kind! It's difficult getting a mix of the classic feeling and a new realistic-sounding orchestra, glad you enjoyed it :) More to come ...

blizzard should hire you, i remember as a kid playing with my brother over L.A.N with him screaming at me to protect the gold mine haha

Have always loved the game and soundtrack. haha those were the days man!! Tho tbh I only played War2 over LAN once or twice, Starcraft on the other hand ... way too often :D
