Though I'd also say that protein deficiency isn't the only thing that could cause hair thinning/loss, so Mayer Talk with your doctor of it's severe? Hope this helped x

You shouldn’t just have a day for “content” I think you should also have a fun day because that’s what everyone needs after a tiring working week!
