As soon I turn off SOUND FOCUS I get good sound but unfortunately then the voices come from the left side. As soon I adjust it what I am only possible with SOUND FOCUS on the sound is not great...
I've never experienced this on Any of the new Panasonic TV's built in speakers but I would look at the audio source as it's highly unlikely to happen on 2x TV's. Possible the audio mix for the source has been recorded on mono instead of a stereo mix which is why it's coming from left side only or your input cables are mixed up. Please call our Customer Care team to and we can help you further over the phone.
If it's the same for all media sources, then you'll need to call your local customer care team. If there's any way you can record a video to show dialog is clearly stronger on the left side by either using a stereo mic or if you move your phone from left to right should be enough to show the irregularity.
If I turn on SOUND FOCUS then the sound is not good and I cannot use DOLBY ATMOS. The only great audio is with Dolby Atmos on, Space Tuning enabled and SOUND FOCUS OFF. But then all voices come from the left side.
Correct, the best sound settings are with Dolby Atmos enabled (assuming audio mix is Dolby Atmos) and with Sound focus turned off you should hear a wider sound stage (focus is to create a narrow sound stage with directional control) If you're still experiencing voice dialog coming from the left side of the TV and this has happened on 2 different sets then unless BOTH TV's have had speakers physically wired to the wrong position/placement on the soundboard then I would diagnose the audio mix from the source of your footage will be the root cause of this issue as the Z95 is one of the only TV's in the world with the capability to deliver 7.1 ch uncompressed audio with the built in speakers. Unfortunately, as this channel is based in New Zealand you will have to contact your local customer care team to investigate further. The best troubleshooting advice I can give is to test with a variety of media sources - Netflix, Disney Plus etc & if you have a BD player or UHD player check the sound output settings on that device also is set up for standard output.
Panasonic Europe Today came a technician from Panasonic... He cannot hear much difference but he had to change it to the right side to be equal... Sorry, but I cannot agree and I challenge anyone to listen to it and to judge themselves. Voices, conversations come definitely from the left side. In the moment no other 65inch TV has such a picture quality. Giving this statement, the yellow (candle like light scenes) are not great and look soft and way to yellowish. Fix these two issues and this is the best TV set you can buy in the moment. I am a German filmmaker and photo/film technician since over 30 years. Also the Amazon advertisements and allocated remote control buttons are very annoying!
Thanks for your feedback, the sound issue is very unusual and the only thing I can think of that would cause voices and conversations to be directed to a different side would be down to settings in the sound focus feature Settings button > Sound > Sound Focus you can also widen the sound stage to your preferences there as well however I would recommend the standard sound + dialogue enhancement setting to clean up the voices. You can also find more advanced colour calibration settings to replicate the same colour studio settings used in Hollywood under picture settings. Sorry, that is not right. It has nothing to do with the footage. Instead it is clearly coming from the left side. It is not noticeable first but when you listen you will hear it...
Where should I send you the clip to?

What is your media source?
Why does the audio come from the left side? All voices come from left side and it cannot be changed... I got a replacement with the same problem...
