Leave one to grow upward for height and pull the rest horizontal.Upward growing branches keep growing and horizontal branches develop spurs and bloom the next year and rest the next year and bloom the next year! They need all of their leaves for growth!I dont know why this was not explained at Wangbugu. Many farmers pull all of the fruit off of the tree for the first two years
