    please don't mind ,but let me correct few things here ….. you should never put any syrup in your milk jug as it may cause issue to the machine during the texturing process. secondly, your hot choc milk was not frothy enough and it did look bubbly at the same time. as a silver line barista I am sure that this will be not a good hot choco I will be sipping .

      Hi, thanks for your comment. Unless the manufacturer advises against it, we believe there is no harm in mixing the syrup in the jug as long as the machine is properly cleaned after each use. Steaming sugar or other products with milk has been done for a while, for example with Raf coffee or turmeric lattes, and is increasingly popular.
      Each barista has their own approach and we value them all. The one in this video is our suggestion; the aim being to give some direction and tips for baristas to make the recipe their own ;)
