Trains at Newton Abbot, GWML + RL - 25/3/17

- In this video I visited Newton Abbot station on the Great Western Main Line and Riviera Line filming the early morning timetable. Services are seen by Great Western Railway and Cross Country. Joining me here was Trainspotting with Ethan 143 so do check out his channel.
It was an absolutely crazy session here at Newton Abbot. There were lots of delays and disruption due to an incident at Starcross and trains ended up coming back and forth. It was enjoyable regardless though and the weather was lovely too. I do recommend filming here in the early morning.
My next station is Reading and this will be uploaded on Sunday 2nd April. I have a schedule video and video diaries to still upload so keep an eye out for those.

Nice sunny day (Summer is coming) awesome HST action and those wonderful Pacers & 150-1. Incidents on the railway can cause disruptions hope the outcome was not too bad however trains hitting people is never a good thing. Have a good trip to Reading.

I was on 43041 yesterday from Paignton to Torre where I filmed a video. The incident At Starcross really caused some problems in the riviera line let alone the GWML.

Gotta hate the fact that you hardly see a full Great Western Railway HST set in the green livery anymore. I've seen a mix of FGW and GWR coaches in the past as well as a GWR power car (That sadly did not have the metal GWR logos on the sides, which I think are quite a nice touch) but I haven't seen a full set in a long time.
I agree, there's now a short set HST in service which is a full green set formed of 4 coaches and two power cars. 😀
Oh. That's nice. I think that short set is going to be one of the 11 HST set's GWR will be keeping.

Nice video, I still cant understand headcodes tbh 😂 anyway I think loads of trains got delayed last week due to a train derailment at Newbury
+Cami Bird Thanks mate. If we do end up meeting I'll explain them to you. The derailment was between Castle Cary and Westbury and all trains from Paddington went via Bristol Temple Meads.
Ok, and that will be why they were all so late , yeah that makes sense

CrossCountry call at Ivybridge? I thought only Great Western stopped there.
