I'm pretty sure these titles are a running joke, because he rarely actually wins with them.
around 7 mins after the teamfight where the enemy is killed he says "wow Reksai does so much damage".... meanwhile Aphelios with 5 chakrams is one shotting them all and he didn't even use ult
