My gold fog lights cut through the smoke like a blade, I feel removed from the consequences of the world with the technology at my disposal, but so connected with the nuanced changes on my path, feeling every bump through the stiff, robust suspension, and being supported by the hardwaves emitting from my subwoofer. The heat coming from the dash is the only thing stopping me from shivering while the soft, orange glow of the instrument panel persists against my chilled arms, and into my eyes. One more hour to go.

I am 38 now and all my life have listened to electro music, since Jean-Michel Jarre in 1986, from 2010 i felt the electro scene had stalled in every possible way, Trance had become EDM, Hardstyle had become hardcore crap and for about 10 years i basically stopped listening to any type of music. Last year during Covid i was at home with nothing to do so i decided to give electro music another shot, started to explore all the new styles, Darksynth, Synthwave, Minimal Techno and others and i am pleasantly surprised with Boris Brejcha, Daniel Deluxe, Jay Lumen, Umek, Bart Skils, Alex Stein and of course Aim to Head, not only their originals but specially the mixes, so many new electro styles i wasn't aware of. After an hard day of work i feel so happy to just come home, sit, put my headphones and appreciate electro music again, just like the old days. It was definately a rebirth for me too
