I know what you mean with the figure issues, the two active camo master chiefs I got at Walgreens had torsos with the holes at an angle so the waist peg wouldn't even fit in correctly.

Out of the 16 figures I got -1 Brohammer with a left hand that won't stay in -1 Camo Chief loose left shoulder armor -1 Mark VII loose left shoulder armor -2 Gungnir both had tight heads and loose shoulder armor -2 marines slightly loose right wrist on one -3 grunts on had a tiny gray fleck on its helmet, which is whatever -6 elites No issues The loose shoulder armor isn't a huge deal for me since it doesn't fall off just slides around a bit. The old wrist issue is always annoying tho -

Not the box, of the 11 10th anniversary figure bags I got, my 2 rares, the only rares I got, had defects. Helioskrill had a lose right armor pad, plastic was bent so It couldn't clamp on, and my flamethrower marine have face printing speckle around the visor
Each bag has a code printed on the back (I point out where in the video), find that and check it with the list. It's the last 3 or 4 digits that count. For instance, I believe the Elite's code ends with 011.
Get some sticky tac and put a tiny speck in each armor and put it back on the arm. It sadly does not work for AC figs since you can see the sticky tac under the armor
You could try the super glue method. Get a sewing needle, dab some glue on it, and lightly apply some on the shoulder armor to where you can almost see a thin film. Once that dries, you can apply it to the arm & hopefully the thin film of superglue will hold it in place. Or you could just straight up glue it to the arm, but only if you don't plan on customizing the figure or swapping out armor parts.
Idk what you mean about tight head joints, so far I havent ran into that or just havent noticed. My figs head joints are fine but loose shoulder armor is a very constant thing for me saldy
yeah ive also had poor quality control with infinite sets. i got the mongoose and my grunt was missing his left arm and one of my marines arm is increadibly loose to the piont i cant position the arm withoot it falling down. i was lucky enough to have an exstra grunt left arm and if i give my marine a two handed gun it works ok its just annoying to have that bad of quality in mega construx because ive never had issues like this with mega.
You can get them from ToyWiz if you make a company account. I saw an option to choose “United Kingdom” to be shipped to. Sure they’ll be a little more expensive and you gotta pay shipping, but you can get these figs (you can buy in bulk, meaning the whole container they come in, or pay about $5 for 1 blind bag)

Wrist issue is a royal pain. The loose shoulder armor can be fixed with some Sticky Tac.

You can actually fix the loose arm issue yourself. Not the missing Grunt arm sadly though
