Hi, Asylka-chan! Nice reaction to Stinkmeaner Strikes Back. Cedric Yarbrough, the voice actor who voiced Tom Dubois & Colonel Stinkmeaner, had a lot of hilarious one-liners, especially when Stinkmeaner, possessing Tom's body, seduced Sarah Dubois, the best anime looking character of the cartoon. My favorite part is when Reverend Father Uncle Ruckus, no relation, frightened Stinkmeaner by trying to force him to read.

Adult Swim and Sony knows they can bring back The Boondocks anytime they want with or without the creator But no they rather have another season of Harley Quinn, Velma and My Adventures with Superman (which shared the same production studio as the show's fourth season).
We dont have charlie murphy or Pops (John witherspoon) I think thats why they choose to not bring it back

@lillordakira9752 they don't want anyone else to play robert. Before John witherspoon there was a slight possibility even though Charlie passed but Rileys VA, Gina's friend from Martin, John, and Charly are big parts of the show. It unlike they want to replace any major piece
