Teemo is too OP. Just a mere presence and Sion was starting to have a mental breakdown.

I have seen a lot of people playing sion this way. I always used the shout to slow the person then activate the shield, then knock them up, and lastly burst the shield on them. You can get off a lot of damage that way.
