I came here looking for help from the video (received none), but I will share the thing that worked for me (first time user--making nitro cold brew coffee) was I had to unscrew the disperser tip a little in order to get the liquid to come out. I just unscrewed about quarter of a turn and then tried it and kept repeating that until it worked perfectly. Probably a couple full turns. Yours may be different.
don't buy this. If you already have one, disassemble it and smash it with a hammer and trow it away. Do not sell it or give it away. Destroy it so that no one can use it. These things explode like bombs and people have died, lost eyes, broken ribs
just get one with a metal cartridge holder.. as a seasoned no2 user having gone through thousands of cartridges with nary a problem, i can assure you.. that French model bought a cheap one with the plastic threads..

That’s it? That’s not my problem! Mine only has two speeds… zero or mass disaster spanning two or three rooms of my house.
I have EXACTLY this problem but I don't understand how the towel helped? Mine is SO stuck! I have tried everything!

My shit is leaking through where you screw the cartridge on wont go in the big part
