Привет. К высоким нотам необходимо подходить с сильной поддержкой столба воздуха (глубокое дыхание) и сохранять голосовую полость как можно более широкой и расслабленной, как когда мы зеваем. Важно не прилагать силу, чтобы вытолкнуть воздух, потому что таким образом горло сжимается и гортань закрывается, в результате чего звук прерывается, звук нагнетается, а затем у вас болит горло, и вы охрипиваете.
Hello. High notes must be approached with a lot of support from the air column (deep breathing) and keeping the vocal cavity as wide and relaxed as possible, as when we yawn. The important thing is not to exert force to push the air, because that way the throat tightens and the larynx closes, causing the sound to be cut off, sound forced and then your throat hurts and you become hoarse.
