      Hi,
nicely explained about bitlocker + AD integration.
      But, I have a question.
I need to enable regular backup and recovery on the drive.
As I understand, the backup software works on unencrypted content.
But, this would mean that if this backup drive is stolen, practically the data is accessible without encryption. Then it defeats the purpose of the bitlocked drive.
Let me know if you have a solution for my problem.

Any ideas on why a Windows Server 2022 machine wouldn't be able to recognize a BitLocker enabled drive that any other Windows machine that I try can?

Hi Kevin, thanks for this video. My question is, How would this process affect machines that had already have bitlocker set up manually. In other words, My little domain did not have Bitlocker so i manually installed on a laptops and stored the key manually. I cannot locate one of the keys, If i implement bitlocker on the domain would It still be able to identify that key?

If you have already configured BitLocker prior to implementing the BitLocker process via the domain server, I recommend watching this video. In this video, I explain in detail how you can store the BitLocker key for devices that were configured manually.
